Valuable Feedback Request

In the first chapter of my book, we go over values exploration.

So I'm curious, what values guided your decision to have kids?

To work?

To choose your type of work?

When you make big decisions, do you consciously consider your core values, or just trust your intuition? Are you a pro/con list maker? Or do you flip coins and read tea leaves?

Tell me. I truly want to hear what you have to say.

7 Ways to Add More Joy and Less STRESS to your Recession!

DRINK WATER. It aids weight loss, keeps your eyes sharp, mind alert, flushes your body of toxins, and in most cases, it’s the cheapest drink going!
STRETCH. Take a tip from your pet. They stretch a lot. It feels good, gets the kinks out. These days, there tend to be a lot of kinks.
BE PRESENT. Whatever you’re doing… the dishes, the bills, a shower, the shopping, the commute… be present and grateful for the opportunity. Some people don’t have water to wash, money in the checkbook, a tub of their own or fresh food to purchase.
BE TRUTHFUL – Own when something stinks. State it, take time to mourn it if you must… then think about how to affect it and move forward. Don’t rehash. It wastes your life.
HELP ONE ANOTHER. By focusing on someone else for a moment, you can reduce your own stress as well as someone else’s. Hold a door, mow a lawn, lend a hand, or simply smile when you can see someone in need. The more we help each other, the better this world will be.
REDUCE. I was reminded recently that the most important element of the adage “REDUCE, Reuse, Recycle” is REDUCE. Being conscious of what comes into the house can save you time, money and energy.
LAUGH. Finding humor in each day is imperative. We have a choice. Choose to delight. We ask the kids, “What was your favorite part of today?”
